The above information is necessary in order to process your repair service request, or contact you for any further information on the progress of your repair and any clarifications where this is deemed necessary for the device pick – up and delivery.

In other words you will not be asked any further information besides what is considered strictly necessary for our in-between transactions.

We undertake not to disclose them to third parties, publish them, sell them, lease them, exchange them or in any way proceed to their misuse. We undertake that they will not be used by or granted to anyone, unless waiver of confidentiality proceedings are in place (only by the competent authorities) based on the provisions of Law No. 2472/97.
